Hi,
Today we had the whole school Commencement Chapel Service and the Commissioning of the School Captains, Fitness, Buddies, Music, French and Resource time. The class timetable is almost finalised so I should be able to get a copy to you next week. I have asked the boys to collect news articles (television, radio, electronic media, newspapers, magazines etc) that are related to environmental issues, in preparation for our Unit of Inquiry on Biodiversity. I haven't set a number of articles, I don't want it to take all weekend but I would like some thought and effort to go into collecting some information. This could look different for each of the boys.
In French the boys have started with looking at the members of our family and at different types of families, combining with the verb “to be”. No homework or study this week from this subject. I will chase up Chinese on Monday. Thanks for a great first week and enjoy the weekend with your families.
