Week 10 Term 1

Co-curricular photos are next Tuesday, so can the boys please polish their boots and wash their socks over the weekend.  We also have Cross Country next Friday after lunch.  A big thank you to Andrew McCauley for taking time out of his day to bring in his prototype submarine to share with the boys.  The boys all relished the opportunity, either driving or filming underwater as the sub manoeuvred around the Red Centre’s pool.  We discussed making informed choices today in groups and read our persuasive debates about listening to music in the class.  The Year 5s had their Orator final in Chapel, with Mitch and Jake doing a fantastic job representing this class. Also, I was planning on running an information session next week, but I’ll be attending a gifted IB conference in Melbourne over the holidays, so I’ll run one early next term.
