Wednesday Wk1 T2

Hi,
This morning

• Year 6 boys had the opportunity to listen to, and ask questions of Ron Gibbs, the author of "A History of Prince Alfred College"
• Year 5 boys discussed strategies for decoding questions and eliminating incorrect answers in preparation for NAPLAN testing next week.

The rest of the day the boys worked together with

• Chinese
• Fitness
• Unreal Footy - Using formulae to work out team points and percentages for rounds 1, 2 and 3 of our class league. This proved quite frustrating today as there were problems with the website and entering our calculations
• Individual Timetables

Tomorrow is the Da Vinci excursion and boys have been asked to wear full winter uniforms and bring sports uniforms. Boys have been notified of their winter sport selection and will be given further information about fixtures tomorrow at practise.
