Good to see some parents have accessed the blog already! Thank you. I will invite the boys to join the blog soon so they can access it themselves.
The boys were given an assessment rubric for their speeches today so they can see what they need to include if they are striving to achieve the best they can. I have been through it with the boys but you may also want to sit down with your son and go through the rubric as well.
Problem of the Week is going along okay at the moment but we still need to get past the focus being on the answer so that we can really focus on the process and the strategies being used. If the problem write up and solution isn't taking much time, then the boys are probably not doing all that is required and need to revisit the information given out at the beginning of the term.
Don't forget sports uniforms tomorrow
