Tuesday Week 1 Term 3

Hi,
It is good to be back and to catch up on the variety of things the boys have been doing over the last three weeks.
Year 5 Author Study was given out today and the boys have been given two planning strategies for supporting them to manage their time effectively (as long as they use them!). I have broken the task down so the boys focus on sections at a time rather than being overwhelmed by the whole study. The boys have chosen their authors today and need to have their first book and notes written by the end of week 3.
There is no homework contract this week but boys are still expected to put aside 50 mins a day to do Reading/IXL/Inquiry/Music practise/Independent Study.
Canteen price lists and specials for term 3 were sent home today.
