Today we had Maths, Inquiry, Reading, English, PE and Prep Arts. We also had a go at having flexible, individual timetables for the day. Quite a few of the boys worked really well with this structure and were very keen to choose the order in which they completed their work. As is to be expected, a small number of the boys found it more difficult to stay on task. I am sure they will learn how important it is for them to manage their time once the end of the week deadlines loom and they realise they will have too much homework if tasks are not completed. Another quiz went home today and the Maths homework can be accessed from the link on the right hand sidebar. Inquiry work is due at the end of next week, Friday 25th March.

Josh came home talking about building a mini-golf course (one hole of it). Is this actually homework? Or has he just elevated the priority of it above normal homework because this is what he thinks might be interesting? Thought I'd better check before the contents of the shed somehow ends up at school!
