We had a great day today and the boys worked really well. As part of our unit, Mr Dunsmuir brought in a 1930 rifle (ornamental piece that doesn't actually work) to show the boys the different parts that make up the whole and talked about what each part does. It was really interesting and the boys enjoyed it immensely. Thanks to Mr. D for giving up his time to share this information with us. Year 5s were given a letter about NAPLAN so keep an eye out for this. Some boys have sports photos tomorrow so will need to bring their summer sport uniform and wear their sport uniform to school. Other classes haven't been wearing winter sports uniform this week and as it is meant to be 29 tomorrow I am sure that will be okay for us as well. There is winter sports practice tomorrow but no games this weekend as it is a long weekend.
